No refund shall be issued if we processed the registration/application as per the government guidelines and issuance of the certificate is pending or delayed on part of a government department or officials.​

Client cannot request for refunds once the registration reaches the “processing” stage. Client is requested to choose & order with proper consideration.

If any, Multiple payments is received against the same order, it will be refunded in full (after deducting the transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of first original order.

We will not entertain any refunds for in-correct data provided by the client. Client is requested to please double check all your data when providing it our team. Our company will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you.

However, if informed within first hour of payment via email at – gemhelper@proton.me request can be considered on each case basis.
