None of the services will be provided free.

Any other cost apart from the services mentioned on package page will be borne by the buyer.

Customer will be solely responsible for providing all types of documents, certificates, and other required documents for registration & any other approval or activity on GeM. Our company cannot be held responsible if documents are not complete and scope of work remains uncompleted due to non availability of proper documents at clients end.

All specifications, Documents or proofs related to clients products & a service has to be provided by them. We cannot be held responsible for any fraud happened with any office or person.

All the fee and charges charged by us is for mentioned services at packages page, for any other required service a payment has to make separately by client.

Our company will not be responsible for providing reseller certification, Trademark certification or manufacturer certificates. Customers have to obtain everything by their own.

Registration on GeM is subject to proper and fair information provided by customer and we declare that we do not posses any role in getting approvals from competent authorities.

Our Bidding packages does not mean that you will get the order or bids, that means you are participating in that order or bid only. We are not responsible if you don’t get any order or tender.

 

As you buy our services you allow us the access of your accounts, documents, photos, prices, etc so that we can work for you on the GeM Portal and using your account on GeM on your behalf will not attract any blame our legality in our name.

 

We will provide refunds only in few cases (our company will be the sole discretionary power to decide on merit on each case) and all gateway charges and our consultation fee will be not refunded and deducted from the paid amount. It will take up to 15 days to start or initiate your refund.
